Refund Policy - the basics

No-Refund Policy

LC Business Consultants & Advisory LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy once services have begun.

Due to the nature of consulting and advisory services, all payments are non-refundable once work has started, including but not limited to research, preparation, document review, drafting, strategy development, administrative work, or consultations.

Once payment is received, time and resources are immediately allocated. Refunds will not be issued due to change of mind, dissatisfaction, lack of follow-through, delays caused by the client, or decisions made after work has commenced.

Limited Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:

Accidental or duplicate payment made on the same day
Payment received but no work, research, preparation, or services have begun
Extraordinary circumstances, such as a verified death in the immediate family

Any refund issued under these exceptions is solely at the discretion of LC Business Consultants & Advisory LLC and is not guaranteed.

Consultations & Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once initiated, whether completed, partially completed, missed, or rescheduled:

Consultations
Strategy sessions
Research and planning
Document creation, customization, or review
Policies, procedures, and forms
Administrative or preparatory work

Missed or unattended appointments are not eligible for refunds.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals for services that have been rendered, initiated, or verified as delivered.

A verified service includes, but is not limited to:

Scheduled or completed consultations
Research, preparation, or advisory work
Drafting, customization, or review of documents
Any service commenced following payment

Initiating a chargeback for services already provided or initiated constitutes a breach of contract.

Legal Remedies & Enforcement

In the event of an unauthorized or bad-faith chargeback, LC Business Consultants & Advisory LLC reserves the right to pursue all available remedies, including but not limited to:

Termination of services
Submission of evidence to the payment processor
Recovery of disputed funds
Assessment of administrative and dispute-related fees
Filing a claim in small claims or civil court to recover damages, costs, and fees as permitted by law

Clients acknowledge that payment disputes made in bad faith may result in additional legal and administrative consequences.

Agreement to Policy

By submitting payment, booking a consultation, or engaging services with LC Business Consultants & Advisory LLC, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Cancellation & Chargeback Policy in full.
